Salary Range: $75,000.00 To $90,000.00 Annually

Flexible Ways to Join Our Team 1. W-2 Employee – Guaranteed Hourly Rate

  • $35–$42/hour (based on experience)
  • Guaranteed hours and benefits
  • Minimum 20 hours/week for benefits eligibility

2. W-2 Employee – Pay Per Visit (PPV)

  • $60–$76/hour (paid per patient visit)
  • Benefits available at 20+ hours/week

  • Provide comprehensive pediatric speech and language evaluations and treatment
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to achieve meaningful outcomes
  • Mentor and supervise graduate students, Clinical Fellows, and SLPAs

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current Texas SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Several years of pediatric speech-language pathology experience preferred
  • Experience supervising or mentoring students, Clinical Fellows, and/or SLPAs preferred
  • Passion for clinical teaching, leadership, and developing future clinicians
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional care to children and families
