Hyperbaric Safety Director
We are seeking an experienced Hyperbaric Safety Director to lead our hyperbaric program in Dallas, TX. This role requires strong leadership skills, several years of hyperbaric medicine experience, and expertise with insurance processes, including compiling and submitting prior authorizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations of hyperbaric services, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance.
- Oversee chamber maintenance, safety drills, and adherence to NFPA 99 standards.
- Support and train staff while maintaining a safe, patient-centered environment.
- Manage insurance processes, including benefit verification and prior authorizations.
- Provide patient education and serve as a key clinical and operational resource.
Qualifications:
- Several years of direct hyperbaric medicine experience required.
- CHT certification preferred (or ability to obtain).
- Prior authorization and insurance experience required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Current BLS certification; healthcare licensure preferred.

Pay: $57,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
