Onsite direct hire opportunity with a well-established Houston law firm operating a respected Trusts and Estates practice. The Legal Assistant Aide serves as the primary records custodian for the department, scanning and organizing executed estate planning documents, preparing client binders, storing and tracking original documents in the firm vault, conducting periodic file audits, and maintaining accurate physical and electronic records within the document management system.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, and experience with document management systems such as NetDocuments.
