Mortgage Closer

SolomonEdwards is looking for a Mortgage Closer for one of its mortgage clients to play a vital role in the final stages of the mortgage lending process. Review and analyze loan data, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Prepare and assemble closing documents, including the final closing disclosure and settlement statements

Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred

General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations
