Junior Technical Sales Engineer – Industrial Parts
1-3 Years Exp
Base salary, plus commission and bonus - comprehensive benefits package
Full-Time Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm (on-site)
Work from office selling key components—like gears, valves, sensors—to manufacturers. Pure inside role: calls, demos, follow-ups.
You’ll:
- Service existing accounts: answer questions, spec parts, solve issues over phone/video.
- Grow new business: prospect via LinkedIn/email, qualify leads, close deals remotely
- Geek out on tech—mech engineering know-how to talk client language.
- No travel, no hard hats—just smart convos and commissions
Requirements:
Mech/Industrial Eng degree or similar hands-on exp
1-3 years (internships count—fresh grads okay)
