Area Manager – Commercial Landscape Maintenance

Inland Empire Region, California

A growing commercial landscape services company is seeking an Area Manager to oversee the performance of multiple branches across the Inland Empire region.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple branch operations with accountability for profitability, service quality, and customer satisfaction
• Drive revenue growth through contract renewals, client retention, and strategic business development
• Review financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
• Hire, coach, and develop Branch Managers and operational leadership teams
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular site visits, meetings, and operational oversight

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience managing multi-branch operations
• Commercial landscape maintenance and construction experience
• Proven ability to grow accounts, improve operational efficiency, and lead high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both clients and internal stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
