What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Bartender A positive attitude
Previous experience behind the bar in hospitality or entertainment settings
Responsibilities Greet Players with energy and personality, creating a welcoming bar experience
Upsell signature cocktails, shareable bites and game upgrades to enhance visits
Mix a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to perfection
Maintain a clean, stocked and efficient bar area
Adhere to safety and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean and compliant environment
Remain on feet for most of the shift and walk throughout the day
Legal Requirements Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment, retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law.
