Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Valid ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility to obtain

Current state licensure or willingness to secure Oregon licensure

Recent experience in K-12 school settings preferred

Familiarity with IEPs, student documentation, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students

Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Provide individual and group therapy tailored to student needs

Monitor and document progress toward goals

Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student success

Participate in team meetings and contribute to school initiatives
