HVAC Install Technician

We are partnering with an award-winning, family-owned home services company that offers more than a paycheck, but a long-term career with a company that values its team. This company is growing and currently seeking a licensed HVAC Installation Technician who takes pride in craftsmanship, integrity, and teamwork.

This is a builder's role. From layout through startup, you will plan and install complete HVAC systems and see your work perform, not just patch someone else's.

• $40 to $50 per hour, based on experience

What your days will look like:

You will lay out, install, and service all HVAC systems, completing every job to manufacturer specifications and in accordance with Massachusetts sheet metal, plumbing, building, and gas codes. You will deliver excellent customer service in clients' homes and document all work accurately and professionally. This is skilled work done right the first time, for a company whose reputation depends on exactly that.

What we are looking for:

• Current MA Master or Journeyman Sheet Metal License (required)
• Current EPA Certification
• Valid MA driver's license with a clean record
• Team-oriented with strong communication and customer service skills
