Engineer (0511) (Hybrid)

Ensure activities are brought into compliance with the state and District rules. This includes the transfer of construction permits to the operation phase, permit condition violations, expired permits and unauthorized construction activities.

Work closely with Regulatory Support staff (administrative and field services staff) to accomplish these tasks as outlined in the rules, procedures and guidelines.

Travel to site meetings in designated District Counties.

Participates in ERP Bureau projects under the direction of the ERP Compliance Manager, as assigned. Participates in departmental activities and performs other duties as necessary.
