Leading a centralized technical and operational support organization, the full-time Senior Manager, Integration Services will oversee integrated payment onboarding, POS support, and gateway services, ensuring exceptional support for merchants and partners while fostering a culture of operational excellence, either onsite in Alpharetta, GA or remotely. Key responsibilities Lead and develop the Integration & POS Services team to deliver outstanding operational and technical support Oversee onboarding processes for integrated payment solutions and ensure effective coordination with cross-functional teams Act as a senior escalation point for complex issues, maintaining communication standards and support workflows Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Operations, or related field preferred 5-8 years of experience in payment processing, integrated payments, or related fields 2-5 years of leadership or management experience preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems and payment gateways Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
