School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Bernalillo, New Mexico

You will work 37.5 hours weekly across five days, engaging with a diverse student population to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment strategies. Your expertise will empower students to reach their fullest communication potential and positively impact the school community.

Qualifications:

• Active or eligible SLP license in New Mexico
• CCC or CFY candidates considered
• Experience with school-age children preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy for elementary and secondary students
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plan (IEP) goals, and document progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for educational strategies
