Title: Senior Director of Communications

Location: Virginia Beach, VA

Salary: $150,000-$185,000

Bonus: 20% annual

What You'll Be Doing:• Develop and lead strategic PR campaigns to elevate the organization's reputation and visibility.

• Build and sustain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers.
• Collaborate with external agencies to produce press releases, media kits, and other communications materials.
• Create and implement organic social media strategies to enhance audience engagement and brand recognition
• Analyze social media trends and metrics to continuously refine strategies and optimize results.
• Leverage organic social media presence to generate qualified leads and business opportunities.
• Plan and execute impactful events that promote organizational goals and engage key stakeholders.
• Manage logistics, vendor partnerships, and promotional activities to ensure seamless event execution.
• Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure smooth information flow across the organization.
• Create engaging content for internal newsletters and other communications to strengthen company culture.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and feedback programs, to drive satisfaction and morale.

What We're Looking For: • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field

• 10 + years of experience in public relations, marketing, internal communications, or a related discipline, with proven leadership success.
• B2C marketing experience.
• Experience managing social media platforms and using analytics tools to assess performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in business writing, media relations, and presentations.
