Job Summary

We are seeking a professional Legal Receptionist for a temp-to-hire opportunity in a fast-paced legal office environment in Denver, CO. This role is ideal for a service-focused professional with legal office experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to support document production, reception, mail, hospitality, and office services with accuracy and discretion.

The Legal Receptionist will work closely with attorneys, legal secretaries, paralegals, project managers, associates, partners, and executive-level end users. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front office, reception, hospitality, mail, shipping, receiving, and document production support within a legal office environment.
  • Operate high-volume copy, scanning, binding, finishing, fax, postage, and related office equipment while ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Handle confidential and time-sensitive legal documents with professionalism, discretion, and strong attention to detail.
  • Support meeting room and conference room setups, office supply distribution, filing, archiving, and general office services.
  • Respond to customer questions, coordinate service requests, maintain logs, track supplies, and support daily site operations.
  • Assist with document formatting, scanning, file naming, OCR, file conversion, FTP transfers, and print production projects with tight deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay rate: $21 to $22 per hour.
  • Job type: Temp-to-hire.
