Branch Security Officer

Summary

The Branch Security Officer maintains a secure environment for clients and employees while serving as an ambassador and first point of contact in the store. This role supports sales and service by enabling a safe, welcoming customer experience and managing back-of-house security operations and controls.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure environment for customers and staff and act as the store ambassador at all times.
• Support sales and customer service by deepening client relationships and delivering the Tiffany experience.
• Partner with senior security and store management to deter theft and report missing assets.
• Respond to emergency situations and follow incident management procedures.
• Perform daily security inspections, alarm tests, key access controls, and equipment checks.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs and communications.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Basic computer skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Availability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Preferred: experience in a retail/security environment and 1 year prior security-related experience.
