Salary Range: $61,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and train junior machinists on equipment operation and safety protocols.

Program, set up, and operate advanced CNC machinery for precision part fabrication.

Interpret complex engineering blueprints, specifications, and CAD models to determine machining processes.

Perform quality control checks using various measuring tools to ensure parts meet precise tolerances.

Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues, including tool wear, material defects, and machine malfunctions.

Maintain and perform preventive maintenance on machining equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a machinist in a manufacturing environment

Proven ability to program, set up, and operate various CNC machinery (mills, lathes)

Strong understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and metrology tools

Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring junior machinists and overseeing projects

Expertise in selecting appropriate tooling, workholding, and machining parameters for diverse materials

Ability to troubleshoot complex machining issues and optimize processes for efficiency and quality
