Field Project Address: 13695 OLD PLANK ROAD Jacksonville, Florida 32220.
No experience is necessary. We are seeking hardworking individuals with a positive attitude to learn a trade in solar construction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Learn all aspects of being safe and successful on solar projects.
Operate hand tools (tape measure, wrenches, hammers, drills, rivet guns, shovels, grinders, rakes).
Perform general labor duties in the field on solar project sites.
May perform duties as a Millwright, Solar PV Installer, or Quality Control Representative.
Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
Work extended hours, including single shifts up to 12 hours; overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES Enjoy working outdoors in all weather.
Walk, stand, kneel, and lift heavy materials while adhering to safety standards.
Have reliable transportation to project sites.
Be available for weekends and holidays as needed.
Convey a positive and professional attitude in line with company core values.
Pass pre-employment drug testing.
Pay starts at $20 per hour with growth opportunities for a long-term career.
