Project Accountant / Financial Analyst (Onsite) Duration : Long-term contract Location : Indianapolis, IN Interview : Only Video Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Accounting professional to support financial cleanup and reconciliation activities for open projects. This role will review historical financial transactions, correct accounting records, process journal entries, reconcile project balances, and assist with closing completed projects in PeopleSoft and Euna financial systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounting, audits, reconciliations, GAAP, journal entries, and financial systems. Government accounting or grant accounting experience is a plus. Responsibilities: Reconcile and review project financial activity Perform audit reviews of historical transactions Prepare journal entries and revenue adjustments Support project closeout activities Review grant requirements and financial documentation Maintain accurate financial records in PeopleSoft/Euna Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related experience 2+ years accounting/audit experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reconciliation Experience with PeopleSoft Financials preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Experience: PeopleSoft, Euna Grants, government accounting, grants management, and financial audits.
