Property Manager - Mid Level

We are seeking a highly motivated Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties in Utah. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and maximizing the value of our properties while ensuring excellent customer service, landlord and tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, move‑in, move‑out, and tenant relations.

Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

Address tenant concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.

Stay updated on local property laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices.

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

Ability to negotiate lease agreements and handle tenant disputes.

Conflict management skills to handle challenging situations with tenants or contractors.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Familiarity with legal administrative procedures related to property management.

Knowledge of local property laws and regulations in Utah.
