Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables or bar seats with genuine enthusiasm.
• Take accurate orders for food and beverages, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled.
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, following all safety and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, checking IDs when serving alcohol to ensure legal compliance.
• Provide attentive service throughout the guest’s visit, anticipating needs and offering recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently using POS systems.

Experience

• Previous experience as a server or bartender is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a lively environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of alcohol safety regulations and responsible serving practices is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
