Owning and growing a portfolio of high-value Business accounts, the full-time remote Account Manager - Customer Success will focus on reducing churn, driving upgrades, and ensuring customers consistently see ROI from the platform while building strong relationships with sales teams and agencies. Key responsibilities Onboard new Business accounts and ensure fast time-to-value through check-ins Reduce churn by implementing health scoring, retention calls, and at-risk flagging Upgrade startup accounts and convert monthly subscriptions to yearly through proactive outreach Required qualifications Minimum 2 years in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles Understanding of business funnels, sales cycles, and revenue metrics Proven ability to reduce churn and drive product adoption Experience with sales tech, CRM, or lead generation tools Background working with high-ticket sales teams, agencies, or coaching businesses
