Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Caregiver to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve. In this role, you will provide essential support, companionship, and care tailored to each individual's needs, fostering independence and well-being in a safe, nurturing environment.

Duties

  • Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote comfort and independence
  • Provide engaging companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life
  • Support children with age-appropriate activities, including toddler and infant care, fostering development and learning
  • Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions and routines
  • Administer basic first aid when necessary and follow safety protocols diligently
  • Support clients with early childhood education activities or developmental exercises as needed
  • Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, changes in condition, and any incidents or observations

Requirements

  • Prior experience working with children or individuals with disabilities in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or caregiving roles
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices
  • Certification or training in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients of all ages
  • Ability to manage behavior effectively and adapt to changing needs in a compassionate manner
  • Experience with classroom activities or behavior management techniques is a plus
  • Reliable, patient, energetic, and committed to providing high-quality care

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
