Job Overview

We are seeking 2 skilled and energetic Carpenters to join our dynamic team in Gilbert Az.

Key requirements:

• Skilled in basic carpentry tasks as in: cutting wood, cabinetry, gluing, finishing and assembling.
• Can work independently with minimal direction and supervision.
• Able to operate hand tools, power tools and equipment safety.
• Self-motivated/proactive ( not standing around or on their phone).
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
• Securing and putting away all tools, equipment, materials after end of each workday.
• Strenght to perform average lifting up to 35 pounds.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols diligently.
• Other duties including general construction tasks as need it
