Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will need to have a faith based background . Be able to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children. This role involves supporting teachers implementing age-appropriate curriculum and engaging activities that promote literacy, creativity, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
  • Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages children's curiosity and love for learning.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques.
  • Assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
  • Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum development and share best practices.
  • Provide care for toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Support children with special educational needs by adapting lessons and providing additional resources as necessary.

Skills

  • Knowledge of Bible Stories
  • Strong background in literacy education and early childhood education principles.
  • Proficient in behavior management strategies to create a harmonious learning environment.
  • Experience in curriculum development tailored for preschool-aged children.
  • Excellent childcare skills, ensuring the safety and nurturing of young learners.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of special education practices to support diverse learning needs.
  • Creative lesson planning skills that engage children in meaningful learning experiences.
  • Experience in toddler care, understanding the unique developmental stages of young children.
