Salary: $90,000-$110,000 BASE plus additional monthly bonus opportunities
Sign-on bonus available - up to $20K for qualified LBAs for a limited time! Based on start date and location
Schedule: Monday thru Friday. No Weekends! Flexible scheduling options with WFH opportunities.
We have in-home opportunities through-out Arizona. Additional Center opportunities available.

Design & Implement ABA Plans: Develop personalized therapy plans that create real, measurable impact
Conduct Assessments & Track Progress: Use data to guide meaningful client outcomes
Lead & Mentor Behavior Technicians: Inspire and support your team with coaching and expertise
Partner with Families: Collaborate with caregivers to set goals, celebrate successes, and build trust
