On-Demand Medical Courier Driver — Tucson / Southern Arizona

No. 1 Courier is expanding into Southern Arizona and is looking for dependable, professional drivers to support on-demand medical deliveries and a new recurring pharmacy delivery route based out of Tucson.

This is not app-based gig work. We are looking for mature, reliable drivers who understand professionalism, communication, and the importance of time-sensitive medical delivery service.

This position will begin with on-demand and route coverage work, with the opportunity to grow into a consistent full-time route as volume increases.

Service Areas

Drivers may cover deliveries throughout:

• Tucson
• Green Valley
• Sahuarita
• Sierra Vista
• Surrounding Southern Arizona areas

Schedule

We are currently seeking drivers with availability for:

Main Route Coverage

• Monday–Friday: Evening route, approximately6pm or 8pm Start
• Saturday–Sunday: Afternoon route, approximately 2:00 PM start

Estimated route time is typically 3–5 hours, depending on stop count, distance, and traffic.

Additional on-demand deliveries may also become available.

Pay

• Experienced drivers can earn approximately $175-220 per route
• Consistent recurring work available
• Long-term opportunity as the Tucson market grows
• Potential to move into a full-time route

Responsibilities

• Pick up medication and pharmacy orders
• Deliver to residential customers
• Obtain signatures and delivery confirmations
• Follow delivery instructions carefully
• Return paperwork, totes, or undelivered items as required
• Communicate with dispatch professionally and promptly
• Maintain reliability, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times

Requirements

• Must be HIPAA certified or willing to complete certification before starting
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Valid Arizona driver’s license
• Active auto insurance
• Smartphone with GPS/navigation
• Comfortable driving long distances and at night
• Professional appearance and communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and route completion

Preferred Experience

Strongly preferred:

• Courier experience
• Medical courier experience
• Pharmacy delivery experience
• FedEx, UPS, DHL, Amazon DSP, or route delivery background
• Logistics, transportation, or professional driving experience
