Summary:

We are assisting our client, located in Middleton, in recruiting a Customer Service Rep (Project Coordinator) to join their team as soon as possible. This position works to ensure the technical service needs of customers are met while supporting project workflows and coordination efforts. This is a full-time, temporary, onsite position expected to last through September 30, 2026, with the opportunity for contract extension or conversion to permanent hire.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch)

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Work Arrangement: 100% in-office

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Learn key project workflows and related operations while understanding customer expectations.
  • Develop a working knowledge of customer site network infrastructure.
  • Assist Project Managers with dispatching vendors, negotiating vendor pricing, and follow-up.
  • Pre-call building locations and dispatch installers to worksites.
  • Receive incoming calls and update internal databases.
  • Attend team meetings and provide project updates.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work onsite full-time.
  • Must be willing to complete a drug screen and background check upon offer.
