Responsibilities

• Organize and adapt provided lesson plans for multiple grade levels, ensuring alignment with educational standards, student needs, and the school's Christian values
• Implement dynamic lessons that incorporate learning technology and interactive activities to enhance student engagement
• Model and uphold Christian values in daily interactions with students, parents, and colleagues
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, establishing routines that promote respect, kindness, cooperation, and a love of learning
• Support students' individual learning styles through differentiated instruction and targeted tutoring sessions
• Foster strong communication with students, parents, and colleagues to support student progress and address any challenges promptly
• Utilize classroom management techniques to maintain a safe, inclusive, and values-centered learning environment
• Incorporate elements of special education and early childhood education to meet diverse learner needs across grade levels

Experience

• Prior classroom experience working with children across various age groups, including elementary and middle school settings
• Proven ability to organize and implement curriculum and lesson plans across multiple grade levels
• A respect for and commitment to upholding Christian values in an educational setting
• Experience integrating learning technology into daily instruction to enhance educational outcomes
• Demonstrated skills in classroom management, behavior support, and creating an inclusive environment for all students
• Knowledge of special education practices and accommodations for students with diverse learning needs
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and staff

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
