Company: Pour Boy Coffee

Location: Savannah, GA

Pay: $15/hr + tips after training

Training Pay: $12/hr + tips for the first 2 weeks

Schedule: Full-time, typically 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, about 40 hours/week

Pour Boy Coffee is looking for a dependable, thoughtful, and capable full-time team member to help lead our cafe while the owner operates our coffee trailer from a permanent location.

This is more than a barista job. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coffee, people, responsibility, and being trusted to help keep a small business running smoothly day to day.

The right person will be trained in our drinks, food, service standards, opening/closing flow, and customer experience. Once trained, this person will have real autonomy in the cafe, including helping guide the part-time team, maintaining a strong work culture, and keeping communication clear between staff and ownership.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, refreshers, teas, and other menu items
  • Provide warm, consistent, friendly customer service
  • Help maintain daily cafe flow from open through mid-afternoon
  • Keep the space clean, stocked, organized, and guest-ready
  • Help communicate needs, issues, supply concerns, and customer feedback
  • Assist with scheduling and shift coverage when needed
  • Help train, support, and evaluate part-time team members
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with part-time employees
  • Take ownership of the cafe experience when the owner is off-site

Who You Are

You are steady, responsible, and good with people. You don’t need to be perfect, but you do need to care. You’re the kind of person who notices when something needs to be done and does it. You can be kind without being passive, independent without being difficult, and professional without being cold.

Coffee experience is helpful, but reliability, communication, emotional maturity, and willingness to learn matter just as much.

This Role Is a Good Fit If You:

  • Can consistently work around 40 hours per week
  • Are usually available 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
  • Enjoy working with customers
  • Can handle busy rushes without losing your cool
  • Are comfortable taking responsibility
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully
  • Like being part of a creative, locally owned business
  • Can help lead a small team without creating drama
  • Want a role where your effort actually matters

Compensation

Training starts at $12/hr + tips for the first two weeks while you learn the role. After training, pay increases to $15/hr + tips.

How to Apply

Please apply with your resume and a short note about why this role interests you. Experience is welcome, but character, consistency, and a good attitude are just as important.

Pay: $15.00 - $28.00 per hour
