Physical Therapist Assistant - Float

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (Float) to join our team at ARC Physical Therapy+. In this float position, you will have the unique opportunity to support multiple clinics within the region, playing a vital role in delivering high-quality care and ensuring optimal recovery outcomes for our patients.
Float between assigned clinics as needed to provide coverage and ensure continuity of care across locations.
Assist in reviewing the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, following established protocols and patient care guidelines
Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
Support in ensuring patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians meets standards
Support in implementing physical therapy treatment programs and providing essential physical therapy treatments
Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. New graduates are encouraged to apply; Ability to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans or willingness to learn
Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office,
