Front Desk Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our growing medical and aesthetics practice. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This position is a key role in creating a positive patient experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments accurately
• Verify patient information, insurance, and eligibility
• Collect copays, balances, and process payments
• Check patients in and out efficiently
• Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Communicate effectively with clinical staff and providers
• Handle referrals, messages, and general front office duties
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

Qualifications

• Previous medical office or front desk experience preferred
• Customer service experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• EMR/EHR experience a plus
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
