Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to educate clients on HVAC solutions.
  • Prospect potential clients through cold calling, lead generation, and networking to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Manage existing customer accounts with a focus on upselling, cross-selling, and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Utilize CRM software and sales management systems to track leads, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on HVAC or related industries.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory sales and account management effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation, prospecting, and deal-closing skills in a remote or hybrid sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform product demos, conduct analysis, and upsell solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with strong communication skills for inside and outside sales interactions.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts within a territory; proactive in lead generation efforts.
  • Valid Driver's License
