Job Description

Matrix Home Care is hiring compassionate and reliable bilingual Spanish Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides for a private duty home care case in Miami, FL 33170.

Schedule:

7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

12-hour shifts

Day shifts available 7 days per week

Position Type:

Private Duty Home Care

Full-time, part-time, and PRN availability may be considered

Qualifications:

• Bilingual Spanish required
• Certified Nursing Assistant license or Home Health Aide certificate preferred
• Home care experience preferred
• CPR/BLS preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable, caring, and professional
• Must be able to complete required AHCA Level 2 background screening

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living
• Provide personal care support, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Provide companionship and supervision
• Assist with light household tasks related to client care
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Report any changes in condition to the care team

Under Florida law, this role is subject to background screening per Chapter 435, Florida Statutes, including fingerprinting and review for eligibility before employment.
