Medical Director, Physiatrist

The Medical Director, Musculoskeletal (MSK) Services provides physician leadership and clinical oversight for Health Network One’s musculoskeletal and therapy programs. Serving as the senior Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) subject matter expert, this role is responsible for utilization management activities, including medical necessity determinations, appeals, and denials. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Medical Director partners with executive leadership, operations, and clients to ensure high-quality, compliant, and clinically sound MSK services aligned with organizational goals.
