Health Care Associates is looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our team providing one-on-one care to clients in the Rockford area! If you enjoy helping others maintain their independence while making a meaningful difference in their daily lives, we’d love to hear from you!

Available Shifts:

Days: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Nights: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Responsibilities Include:

•

Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

•

Light housekeeping

•

Laundry assistance

•

Stand-by assistance with personal care

•

Medication reminders

•

Cueing and supervision for daily tasks

•

Providing companionship and support

What We’re Looking For:

•

Reliable and compassionate individuals

•

Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required

•

Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively

•

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation needed
