The Administrative Experience Coordinator is an administrative support “Super-Star” who will be responsible for performing general administrative and clerical support duties along with managing the front reception. You are the face of the company, and your appearance and demeanor reflect on the organization.

Shift Schedule

Mon thru Fri 9am-5pm

$20.00 p/h

Required one year of proven ability as an administrative experience coordinator

Core Traits of an Administrative Experience Superstar:

Provides administrative support in using the copy machine, receiving packages, and maintaining files

Answers, screens, and routes incoming telephone calls; when a transfer is not possible, records detailed messages and forwards via email to the appropriate personnel

Maintains and archives visitor sign-in sheets and monthly lobby records for audit and security purposes

Oversees lobby operations to ensure visitors are received, signed in, and directed promptly

Effective time management and attention to detail

Update departmental systems

Coordinate calendars

Ensure accuracy when processing data

Provide prompt and thorough responses to inquiries and verifications

Coordinate and maintain supply needs

Perform other duties as assigned to support needs

Do You Have What It Takes:

Preferred bilingual

Valid Fl Driver’s License

Are you a professional

Showing calm sense under pressure

Enthusiastic and engaged daily

Excellent interpersonal skills, relating to employees and coworkers

Understands the importance of data protection and confidentiality

Ability to retain information and utilize it in day-to-day activities

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Proactive and able to multitask as you will be juggling multiple tasks simultaneously

You need to be punctual and dependable

Prior use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); Google Suite Platforms
