Role and Responsibilities:

As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout kitchen and service areas to support food safety and operational efficiency. The Custodian role focuses on sanitation, teamwork, and ensuring a structured environment in a fast-paced setting.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen and work environment as a Custodian
• Rinse, clean, sanitize, and organize kitchenware, utensils, silverware, and equipment
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as requested by the kitchen team
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures at all times
• Support kitchen staff by helping maintain efficient and smooth daily operations

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be at least 17 years of age to perform Custodian responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest in learning and exploring additional roles within the restaurant environment

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly pay ranging from $12.02 to $14.49 based on a standard 40-hour workweek
