Job Overview – Operations & Design Assistant – 34344

Our client is seeking a highly organized Operations & Design Assistant to support a fast-paced, creative team in the retail industry. This role is responsible for maintaining product, inventory, and project information, organizing and tracking materials, coordinating outgoing samples and shipments, and providing day-to-day operational support to the design team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain product, inventory, and project records across physical and digital systems.
• Receive, organize, track, and distribute materials and product samples.
• Help maintain organized studio workflows and improve operational processes.
• Coordinate outgoing shipments, samples, and other team requests.
• Support the design team with administrative tasks and inventory organization.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
