Staffing Assistant

To support staffing needs, the PRN Staffing Assistant will create and coordinate clinical and frontline staff schedules using a web-based scheduling program while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. Key responsibilities Creates and publishes staff schedules in advance according to set timelines Manages time-off requests and float coverage, approving or denying requests based on availability Utilizes automated technology to enhance scheduling efficiency and maintain positive customer satisfaction Required qualifications High School diploma/GED or 10 years of relevant work experience One year of experience in a scheduling or staffing role Ability to perform frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs Proficient in keyboard use and data entry No professional license or certification required
