Working remotely as a part-time Technical Support Agent, the candidate will provide customer support for public Wi-Fi, VoIP, and TV services, assisting with billing inquiries and technical troubleshooting in a 24x7 call center environment. Key responsibilities Provide support for public Wi-Fi, VoIP, and TV services, addressing customer inquiries and troubleshooting connectivity issues Monitor deployed networks and escalate issues as needed while documenting customer interactions in the Case Management solution Assist with billing inquiries, account updates, and general service-related questions for end-users Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED General knowledge of personal computer networking Ability to work shift schedules in a 24x7 call center environment Proficient typing skills (minimum 35 WPM) Must have a reliable hardwired (Ethernet) internet connection
