LPN Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Missouri
• High school diploma or equivalent
• COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to obtain
• New graduates welcome!

LPN Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered resident care
• Support residents with ADLs and daily engagement
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Maintain a safe, supportive care environment
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care
• Document and maintain accurate patient information
• Communicate effectively with RN and overseeing physician
