Remote Raven is hiring a Talent Sourcer to join our internal team. Remote Raven is a recruitment agency that places remote professionals with US-based client companies, and our sourcing team is the engine behind our 14-day time-to-placement promise. This is a phone-first, metrics-driven sourcing role embedded in a high-velocity agency environment where dials, screens, and submittals are tracked weekly.

As a Remote Raven Talent Sourcer, you are the first point of contact between our agency and the market. You will run high-volume outbound outreach — primarily cold calls, supplemented by LinkedIn, Jobstreet, and referral channels — to identify, engage, and qualify candidates across multiple concurrent client searches. You will then hand vetted, interested talent to our recruiters and account managers, who carry the search through to placement.

This role suits someone who treats sourcing as a discipline, not a fallback. You should be energized by a full calendar of outbound activity, comfortable being told no several times before getting a yes, and disciplined enough to keep our ATS clean while still hitting daily dial targets. You'll work independently from your home office, fully remote, on US Mountain Time hours — meaning your workday runs through the evening and overnight in Pakistan Standard Time.

This is a fast-ramp role, and we mean it. By the end of week 2, you should be endorsing high-caliber candidates that meet Remote Raven's submittal standard — not just placing dials, but delivering vetted talent our recruiters can move forward. By day 30, you should be fully onboarded to our ATS, fluent in our active client roster, and consistently hitting weekly sourcing metrics across multiple live searches. By day 60, you should be exceeding sourcing benchmarks and owning concurrent pipelines independently. By day 90, you should have built and delivered talent for at least one specialized or hard-to-fill role and be contributing market intelligence back to the team. If you need more than two weeks to produce your first quality endorsement, this is not the right seat for you.

This is an internal hire — you are joining Remote Raven directly, not being placed at one of our clients.
