Garage Door Shop and Delivery Driver

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing excellent service and maintaining a positive attitude with co-workers
• Unloading/loading trucks
• Assembling garage door packages according to customer specifications
• Pull needed materials, including doors, openers, tracks, and more for service calls
• Warehouse inventory
• Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
• Preparing material for installation
• Facility Maintenance
• Other duties, as assigned
• Assemble and prepare garage doors for installation.
• Cut down door sections and install windows, hardware, and accessories.
• Load technician trucks and organize daily deliveries.
• Deliver materials to job sites throughout the Louisville area.
• Receive and unload semi-truck shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Assist with inventory and stocking.
• Operate forklifts (or be willing to learn).
• Work with power tools and lift heavy materials (up to 75–100 lbs with assistance when needed).

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND REQUIREMENTS:

• General Construction or facility maintenance knowledge preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• Outstanding communication
• Mechanical aptitude
• Strong organization
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Comfortable working from a ladder
• Ability to consistently lift over 50 lbs
• Ability to use various tools
• Must maintain a valid Driver’s License
• Must be able to pass drug testing
• Reliable transportation
