Position SummaryThe Global Account Manager is responsible for managing key strategic accounts within the semiconductor, test, and data center sectors. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, developing long-term customer partnerships, and aligning customer requirements with internal product and engineering capabilities. The position requires a strong blend of technical knowledge and commercial expertise to support complex sales cycles and global account strategies.Core ResponsibilitiesManage and grow revenue within strategic accountsDevelop and execute account plans aligned with customer and business objectivesIdentify and qualify new opportunities while maintaining existing businessLead complex sales cycles including technical evaluations, negotiations, and closingCoordinate global account activities across regions and internal teamsBuild relationships with key stakeholders across engineering, procurement, and leadership levelsAccount Management & StrategyServe as the primary point of contact for assigned global customersAlign customer roadmaps with internal product and technology strategiesMonitor market trends and competitive activity to inform account strategyDrive design-in opportunities and long-term business positioningForecast revenue, manage pipeline activity, and ensure sales target achievementCollaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and operationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field (advanced degree preferred)8+ years of experience in capital equipment sales, account management, or related rolesIndustry experience within semiconductor, test & measurement, or data center environmentsProven success managing long, complex sales cyclesExperience working with global customers and distributed teamsDemonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
