Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Saint Paul, MN

Essential Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Valid CCC-SLP or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY) accepted
• Current state licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Relevant experience in pediatric settings, particularly schools, preferred
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Experience developing and delivering Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency assessments for K12 students
• Develop and implement targeted intervention plans based on student needs
• Provide direct therapy servicesindividually or in small groupswithin the school environment
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student goals
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Participate in professional development to stay current on best practices in school-based speech therapy
