Job description:
This role reports to the store’s General Manager (GM). The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be on the floor to ensure the best customer service is delivered. The ideal candidate has prior cannabis retail experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate team members while maintaining compliance with Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead dispensary operations during assigned shifts.
- Supervise and support budtenders and retail staff.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all MED and company policies.
- Open and close the dispensary according to established procedures.
- Assist with inventory management, audits, and product receiving.
- Maintain accurate cash handling and register reconciliation.
- Monitor sales performance and help achieve store goals.
- Train and mentor team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment.
- Help stock both medical and recreational sales floors.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cannabis dispensary experience preferred.
- Previous supervisory, lead, or management experience preferred.
- Active Colorado MED Occupational License required or ability to obtain one.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with cannabis POS systems and inventory management.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
