JOB SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Training & Employee Development Director, the Training & Development Specialist designs, implements and evaluations strategic learning programs while directly facilitating training sessions to staff. This role combines instructional design and classroom leadership to bridge skill gaps, foster employee growth, and drive organizational performance.
