Overview Zūm is calling for talent to join our team of passionate people, who are transforming student transportation. As a school bus driver at Zūm, you will play an essential role in our local communities by providing safe and reliable transportation for students, using a combination of industry-standard tools and Zūm's proprietary platform.
Responsibilities Operate vehicles safely, following regulations and company procedures
Conduct vehicle inspections and report mechanical issues
Maintain scheduled routes and timely performance
Manage student behavior and ensure passenger safety
Requirements Minimum age: 21 years
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily
For certified drivers: Valid CDL with P and S endorsements and CA School Bus certificate (DL45) + 3 years CDL experience
For non-certified drivers: Valid driver's license + 3 years driving experience
Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks
Will ingness to obtain CDL - Training provided for Non-CDL
