Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in finding shoes and accessories
• Manage the cash register: handle money, make change, and process returns
• Use basic math skills for transaction accuracy
• Share information about promotions and loyalty programs with customers
• Maintain displays to be tidy, organized, and well-stocked
• Help with loss prevention and store cleanliness

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and listening abilities
• Strong focus on customer service
• Ability to accurately count cash and perform basic math
• Capability to work on your feet and lift up to 25 lbs
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 16 years old
