Position Overview

This role acts as the central point of contact for the office, supporting both external communication and internal administrative functions.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office / Reception

  • Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Coordinate information flow between departments
  • Assist with scheduling and general office support

Administrative Support

  • Input and maintain accurate information across systems
  • Assist with organizing digital and physical records
  • Support internal teams with general clerical tasks
  • Help track and follow up on internal processes

Light Accounting Support

  • Assist with basic invoice entry and documentation
  • Provide clerical support for financial recordkeeping
  • Help maintain organized files related to internal transactions

Schedule

Monday – Friday | Daytime Hours

Compensation

  • $19.00 – $22.00 per hour, depending on experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience in a front desk, office, or customer‑facing role is helpful
  • Comfortable handling calls, visitors, and administrative tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
  • Basic working knowledge of common office software (Excel/Outlook helpful)
  • Dependable, consistent, and able to manage routine responsibilities without supervision
